Summary

The Team Member enhances the theater experience by providing universal coverage and assistance to Emagine guests through identifying and recommending appropriate products, solutions and services that will improve their overall movie entertainment experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions so guests feel welcomed, well informed, and are able to choose from a variety of options.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by consistently going above and beyond to ensure all guests enjoy their Emagine experience.
  • Identify and recommend additional concession and seating offerings to enhance the overall movie entertainment experience for our guests.
  • Accurately process and disburse cash and credit card transactions to ensure a quick and efficient payment processing experience.
  • Monitor individual theater environment and enforce Emagine’s Code of Conduct so guests enjoy a relaxing, safe and enjoyable entertainment experience.
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality to ensure guests are served quality products that enhance their Emagine experience.
  • Monitor and maintain restrooms, lobby and theatres to ensure a comfortable and clean experience for all patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Performance Measurements

  1. Crew Member functions are efficiently, accurately, and effectively performed in accordance with established policies and standards.
  2. Monies are balanced and any discrepancies promptly resolved. A balancing record that meets established standards is maintained. 
  3. Good relations exist with guests. Guest problems or questions are courteously and promptly resolved.
  4. Good working relationships and coordination exist with other team members and management.
